And can build and grow a team aligned by passion and common values. They dont like vapourware and have been dreaming of a product that delivers its promises and works hard to do more. The last piece is doing more with less. Do you take the obvious route or think about the smart way in?

You care about the funnel, all other levers are pieces of the puzzle. Telesales, business development and digital..You know how to make all these work their magic together.

This will be your job, working with the best product in online test prep in India - grow, grow, grow to make us part of the plumbing in the Indian test prep scene. There are a lot of things we have baked into the product itself to give you even more ammo to achieve what you need. The company's DNA is aligned to feedback and you will find yourself in a collaborative environment - with all parts of the team working to make sure your thoughts are heard and debated. 

In summary, you will generate new business and achieve revenue targets for our online offering which is aimed at students preparing for JEE, NEET and other competitive exams. Your KRAs will be business development, strategic tie ups, the sales funnel (including telesales and digital) and product and competitor understanding.
